We’re partnering with one of London’s most iconic cultural institutions, a name synonymous with electronic music, creativity and boundary-pushing experiences, to find a Marketing Manager who can elevate their event programme and keep the brand culturally electric.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on shaping the promotional strategy for a venue that has defined generations of nightlife. This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and keep events front of mind in London’s competitive nightlife landscape.
- Work closely with artists, agents, management teams and third-party promoters to align messaging, content and announcements.
- Manage content production, from organising shoots to briefing creatives and ensuring output stays true to the brand.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, growing channels through bold storytelling, smart paid strategy and community-focused content.
- Oversee ticketing platforms, analyse performance data and optimise campaigns based on real insights.
- Build partnerships with local creatives, media, cultural institutions and community voices to maintain cultural relevance.
- Manage out-of-home marketing initiatives and coordinate street teams at key events.
This is a role for someone who loves being immersed in the scene, attending events, keeping a finger on the pulse and constantly feeding creative ideas back into the brand.
About You

- Skilled in project management and balancing multiple deadlines at pace
- Confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics

Bonus points for photography, videography or content editing skills, CRM experience, or knowledge of AI tools that can support modern marketing workflows.
