You’ll be the strategic powerhouse driving all marketing activity—from concept to execution—for a brand that dominates night culture, digital media, and unforgettable live experiences.
- Craft and execute audience-first marketing campaigns that span live events, digital content, and immersive brand moments.
- Lead integrated strategies across social, digital, email, partnerships, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Programming, Commercial, Creative) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
- Own and optimise media planning—across paid social, search, programmatic, OOH, and activations—using a data-led, test-and-learn mindset.
- Oversee CRM and website performance to drive ticket sales and engagement.
- Develop storytelling-led content strategies that connect culture, community, and commerce.
- Work with PR and influencer agencies to amplify brand voice and cultural relevance.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and creative team with pace, passion, and purpose.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets, reporting on performance, ROI, and impact.
