GROWTH DIRECTOR – Live Events
Location: London (hybrid) | Salary: £90K – £100K + Commission

CoCo Group is proud to be partnering with a bold Brand Experience & Live Events agency to find a Growth Director with serious firepower. This is a pivotal role for someone with the vision (and tenacity) to own a £3m+ new business revenue target, build meaningful industry relationships, and shape the agency’s approach to new business at every level.
This isn’t just about chasing leads, it’s about crafting smart strategies, building a best-in-class pipeline, and creating genuine momentum across the agency. You’ll lead from the front: identifying opportunities, pitching like a pro, and turning prospects into partnerships. You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing, creative, client services and leadership, helping clients understand the power of an end-to-end offer, and helping internal teams rally around a true growth mindset.
Is it you?
- You’ll come from a large agency environment with a track record of landing high-value clients across live events, brand experience or experiential.
- Understand the mechanics of complex, integrated offerings and how to sell them smartly.
- Have proven experience crafting business development strategies that actually deliver .
- Are a confident leader, natural presenter, and HubSpot-savvy operator who loves working the room and the data.
- Know how to embed process, utilise AI in smart ways, and empower your team to think commercially at every touchpoint.
