What you'll be doing:
- End-to-end event logistics, from florals and furniture to transport and catering
- Supplier procurement, briefing, and relationship management
- Budget tracking and financial administration in Excel
- Raising purchase orders, invoices, and submissions to clients and suppliers
- Inventory and supply chain management
- Travel, accommodation, and staffing logistics for events worldwide
