We’re partnering with an incredible client on the hunt for a Head of Sales for one of London’s most architecturally striking, high-profile venues. This is not your typical events role.

You’ll be shaping the future of one of the city’s most talked-about creative spaces, working with a brand known for disruptive thinking, exceptional audience experiences, and an uncompromising standard of excellence. If you’re driven, commercially sharp, and inspired by the intersection of culture, creativity and commerce, this is a career-defining role.

The Opportunity

As Head of Sales, you will lead the creation and delivery of a powerful, data-led sales strategy that drives revenue, grows market presence, and positions the venue as one of London’s most exciting destinations for experiential events, brand activations, corporate showcases, shoots and cultural programming. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, you will take ownership of the entire sales function, driving new business, nurturing key relationships, optimising processes, and overseeing the full sales journey from first contact through to contract signature. You will also act as a key partner across Marketing, Operations and Brand teams, ensuring the venue delivers a seamless, elevated experience for every client.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the sales strategy and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved, maintaining first-class sales operations throughout. You’ll build strong relationships with agencies, brands, partners and venue-finding networks, while proactively seeking out new opportunities to increase market share and drive commercial success. You’ll work closely with the central Marketing team to shape and deliver data-driven campaigns that support both long-term and short-term goals, ensuring all activity is aligned with brand standards and delivers measurable results. You’ll act as a guardian of the venue’s identity, elevating its positioning and ensuring all marketing and sales activity reflects its unique value.

Commercial and financial oversight will form a key part of your remit. You’ll produce and manage budgets, track forecasts, reconcile P&Ls and ensure all activity aligns with wider commercial objectives. Working alongside the Finance team, you’ll prepare accurate reports and insights for senior leadership when required. Collaboration with the Operations team will also be essential, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery once events are contracted. You’ll champion operational excellence and uphold group-wide processes and standards. You’ll also support ad hoc projects and initiatives as part of a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
