The CoCo Group is proud to be partnering with a highly respected creative production agency to find a Client Services Director ready to lead, build, and elevate a newly formed division that will be central to their continued growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation known for turning ambitious creative concepts into globally celebrated experiences across sports, events, immersive, exhibitions, retail, and media. With a reputation built on innovation and technical brilliance, our client is poised for exciting expansion — and they need a strategic leader to help make it happen.

You’ll establish and lead a brand-new client services function, becoming the cornerstone of client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, overseeing high-value projects from pitch to delivery while growing and diversifying existing and new client accounts.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Oversee proposals and pitch creation, leading negotiations and contract agreements
  • Onboard and manage client accounts, ensuring premium delivery at every stage

You are an experienced leader from the experiential, events or creative industries — with a passion for storytelling, a sharp commercial eye, and the ability to command a room. Senior-level client services experience in the creative, experiential or events sector is required, along with proven success in business development and account growth.
