The Role
You will oversee a diverse portfolio of scenic construction projects, guiding each one through planning, build, and delivery stages. Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end, from initial concept to final installation
- Act as the main client contact, nurturing trust and ensuring expectations are exceeded
- Create, refine, and manage quotes, schedules, and project scopes
- Plan and control budgets, timelines, and resources with clarity and confidence
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving the team toward deadlines
- Produce detailed technical drawings to support fabrication
- Specify build methods, materials, and construction techniques
- Manage change, track progress, and maintain full project documentation

- Excellent organisational ability, with confidence managing multiple fast-paced projects
