Our client is a large Integrated Creative Agency seeking a strong Business Developer with a proven track record of winning new business across a global landscape.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on new business development with prospective clients not currently working with the agency.
- Responsibilities include developing prospects, managing the pitch process, closing deals, and contracting new clients.
- Key activities include:
- Cold Calling and Prospecting: via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other mediums.
- Show Marketing & Client Meetings: booking meetings at industry events, client offices, and shows to build relationships, present agency credentials, and secure new business opportunities.
- Database Management: maintaining and updating the CRM database of contacts, ensuring regular communication with prospects.
- Prospective Client Satisfaction: proactively ensuring client satisfaction to maintain positive relationships and ongoing engagement.
- General Tasks: supporting the business development team with tactical tasks related to acquiring new clients and daily office operations.
- Versatility: adapting to varied tasks based on project needs, client requirements, and business priorities.
- Achieving Targets: consistently meeting sales targets is crucial for success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A degree is beneficial but not essential.
- Practical ability and experience are more important than formal qualifications.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This is a dedicated new business development role focused on acquiring clients who have not previously engaged with the agency. Successful candidates will transition these clients to the account management team after onboarding. The role is based on the principles of the London Office, full-time hours, typically 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with travel and flexible hours as required by the business.
