Our client is Britain\'s leading luxury Event/Production studio, we are seeking an experienced results-oriented sales Account Manager to join a well organised sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment and directly contribute to the growth of the business.

Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining excellent client relationships for our client’s unique and exclusive collection of elevated events. This full-time, permanent position is primarily focused on the Event Rentals division but will also support the Retail, Wholesale, and OS&E sales teams.

The role is supported by an experienced and passionate project management team and several senior sales directors. Our client’s approach to sales is authentic, passionate, and very much a group effort. They work closely and collaboratively together.

While clients will be assigned to you from existing accounts, the Business Development’s new business growth efforts and inbound enquiries, we are looking for someone who is motivated by revenue growth and client acquisition.

The account manager will manage client relationships effectively by converting enquiries into paid jobs and proactively securing repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue with existing clients by maintaining excellent relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities
  • Work closely with the project management team to manage overall client relationships
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on prospective client capabilities meetings and manage incoming enquiries
  • Participate in estimate preparation and answer questions from potential clients
  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives and communications
  • Support retail, wholesale, and OS&E sales teams as needed

Sales:

  • Proven track record of consistent contributions to a sales team that exceeds sales targets
  • Comfortable with self-initiated proactive sales outreach and relationship-building
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment

  • Consistently grow revenue through strategic account management
  • Develop and execute personalized client engagement strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years proven sales experience
  • Experience and passion in events industry
  • Intrinsic motivation to understand and solve customer needs
  • Strong CRM and sales tracking skills
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Competitive spirit and drive to work with the team to exceed targets
  • Strong understanding of the luxury goods sector and high-end clientele
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
  • MUST HAVE Experience in the events, rental or hospitality industry is highly desirable
