Job Overview
Are you a passionate and experienced individual with a flair for hospitality and leadership? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor at Mr MacGregors in Netherlee.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health and saftey regulations.
- Welcome and seat guests, taking reservations and managing Resdiary efficiently.
- Assist in training new employees on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Cash up and secure building at the end of the evening.
Skills
- Proven experience of 2 years or more within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Barista and/or Cocktail experience required.
- Approx 24-30 hrs per week.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
