Cockshut Hill School is seeking a dedicated Family Support Coordinator to partner with families, carers and the wider community. You will help remove barriers to attendance, engagement and achievement, coordinating targeted interventions with school staff and external professionals.
Working closely with parents and carers, you will build trust, signpost local services and promote positive change to support learners’ progress and wellbeing within and beyond the school environment.
