About this Role

Cockshut Hill School is rated Good with Outstanding features in our recent Ofsted inspection andis part of the Summit Learning Trust comprising Cockshut Hill, Lyndon School, Ninestiles, an Academy, four primary schools and the Solihull Sixth Form College. - Plan and teach a curriculum that inspires, challenges and supports all learners
- Create a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and motivated to achieve their best
- Contribute to the wider life of the academy, promoting our ethos of ambition, collaboration and community
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to enable all learners to succeed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes
About You
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for their subject
- Has high expectations and a commitment to raising achievement for all
- Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and resilience in their approach
- Builds strong, positive relationships with learners, parents and carers, and colleagues
