We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team and lead marketing for Northern Europe. You will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing programs across Northern Europe, managing and developing a direct report, and working closely with the regional Sales team to drive engagement and build strong connections with target accounts. This role plays a critical part in building pipeline through impactful and targeted field marketing initiatives.

You will build the Northern Europe field marketing plan and lead a diverse range of activities, both direct and with our Partner ecosystem, including conferences, webinars, partner collaborations, technical workshops, and more. Your insights and contributions will shape and improve our strategy moving forward.

You Will

  • Build and execute the Northern Europe Field Marketing plan working closely with Regional sales teams, Partner teams, and Field Marketing leads.
  • Manage and develop one direct report.
  • Manage program spend and own KPI tracking, sharing results and recommendations with the wider marketing team.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver regional events such as conferences and roundtables.
  • Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, swag, prize draws, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with the design team to produce event collateral such as booth designs, banners, handouts, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive event attendee recruitment and follow‑ups (including AI‑driven initiatives).
  • Work with regional Partner teams to plan and execute local partner marketing events and programs.
  • Work with content, product marketing teams, and sales engineering team members to define speaking engagements and relevant topics.
  • Manage pre‑ and post‑event activities, including lead capture, data upload, and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitor activities and identifying new event formats and engagement models.

The Expectations

  • First 30 days: You’ll focus on getting up to speed with the Northern Europe Field Marketing plan, gaining a clear understanding of our goals, pipeline priorities, and target accounts. This time is also about building connections, familiarising yourself with our broader marketing and sales teams, our technology, and our company culture.
  • By 3 months: You’ll be fully embedded in the team and actively executing key elements of the Field Marketing plan, setting direction and goals for your direct report. By this point, you’ll be partnering closely with the regional go‑to‑market team in Northern Europe, contributing directly to our engagement and pipeline‑building efforts.

You Have

  • Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of running multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience in people management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local Sales teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing and AI tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and event management systems.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills paired with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyse results and adapt strategies for maximum impact.

Reporting to Ben Ross, VP, Global Field Marketing. Ben has 20+ years of B2B tech marketing. He has led EMEA and APAC marketing for a number of start‑ups and high‑growth companies, such as MessageLabs, Websense, and Zscaler. Ben loves building brands and generating demand in new and early‑stage markets and regions.
