As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you will lead by example making sure our guests and teams have a great time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the pub team, including front of house and kitchen staff, leading shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Manage stocks and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the pub.
