What we look for in an Assistant General Manager:
We are looking for a motivated &experienced Assistant General Manager (Deputy Manager) to join and lead our team in our newly refurbed traditional old school pub. We're wet led, but food is a focus for our development, with Sunday service leading the way. As the successful Assistant General Manager you will have a genuine passionfor exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub andplay a pivotal part intraining our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight ourcustomers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us. We show sports, and therefore a knowledge of sports is useful, but not a deal-breaker.
