Build the engine behind the platform, transforming frontline access. At Cocentric, we’re scaling Connect – our flagship SaaS platform built to simplify workforce access, provisioning, and digital identity. From automated onboarding to secure SSO and real-time data integrations, Connect is helping frontline organisations empower their people at scale. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help shape and build the next generation of Connect.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team across engineering, product, and architecture – designing services, writing code, and solving meaningful problems that impact thousands of employees. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys building secure, scalable back-end systems and thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and integrations for the Connect platform
- Write clean, efficient, and testable C# code that performs at scale
- Contribute to the design and evolution of Connect’s architecture, working closely with architects and senior engineers
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Build with performance, security, and maintainability in mind – always
- Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests within our CI/CD pipeline
- Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and documentation
- Continuously improve our development processes and engineering standards
- Strong experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience building scalable, secure applications in Azure (Service Fabric, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, etc.)
- Solid understanding of modern back-end architecture – including microservices, APIs, and messaging patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and delivering resilient solutions
- A collaborative mindset and great communication skills – able to work well across disciplines
