We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant to join our growing team and take the technical lead on exciting projects across SharePoint Online, Copilot, Teams, and Microsoft Viva (Engage & Connections).
Recent projects we’ve delivered:
- High street retailer – tenant readiness, governance planning, and Viva Engage rollout with adoption support
- Global architecture firm – corporate portals, intranet, and data tools on SharePoint Online
- Professional services client – integrated Viva Connections dashboard to surface collaboration and HR tools

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll combine technical expertise with consultancy skills to deliver meaningful digital workplace solutions.
- Acting as Technical Lead on Microsoft 365 delivery projects – particularly SharePoint intranets, Copilot, Viva Engage, and Viva Connections
- Translate business and engagement needs into well-governed, scalable technical solutions
- Configure and deploy environments – tenant readiness, branding, governance frameworks, least-privilege access
- Partner with consultants and developers to shape custom intranets and Power Platform integrations
- Contribute to pre-sales workshops, proposals, and client demos
- Support adoption and hypercare – ensuring solutions deliver real value long after go-live
- Stay ahead of the curve – advise clients on Microsoft roadmap updates and emerging features.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience with Microsoft 365 – especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and governance/security principles
- Knowledge of or interest in Viva Engage/Connections (we’ll support you to deepen expertise)
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical delivery plans
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a Microsoft 365 technical consultancy or similar role
Nice to have: Power Automate/Power BI, SPfX, Microsoft Graph knowledge, and familiarity with adoption/change management.
