The role of the WH Specialist reports into the CCH WH Manager and is primarily focused on both Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Material (RM) tasks and inventory control, as well as audit compliance. The role requires working cross-functionally to ensure accurate stock is reflected in the SAP system through counting, reporting and admin duties.
Pallet control and administration are daily tasks required to ensure adequate supply for production. There is also a requirement to work 1-2 weekends per quarter (every 3 months). In addition, the role has the responsibility of working with our Monster partners to plan loading schedules for Finished Goods daily. Effective collaboration will be necessary to ensure governance and compliance with the WH 3PL.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with our pallet management partner to provide daily pallet counts to ensure production requirements are met.
- Providing weekly/monthly pallet reports to the pallet management company to allow accurate invoicing for pallets.
- Working with the onsite RM team to perform weekly counts for production posting usage and quarterly counts to correct inventories and prevent business losses.
- Managing FG WH Master data process and representing the WH team at all MD meetings.
- Providing information for monthly delist meetings for FG and advising on stock levels and goods withdrawals required.
- Working with the onsite FG team to perform bi-weekly counts for Short Dated Stock, building reports.
- Working with Monster Energy partners to provide daily logistics information and inventory reports monthly.
- Timely processing of goods withdrawals of RM and FG in the SAP system, after following the audit approval stream.
- Building strong working relationships with our 3PLs, i.e., onsite WH partners, hauliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy in goods-receipting, inventory and invoicing alongside audit compliance and protecting business losses.
- Creating an environment that challenges existing practices and works to provide ideas for continuous improvement.
- Providing support to the WH team through upskilling and expanding departmental knowledge.
Desired Criteria:
- Previous experience within a similar environment in inventory.
- Highly numerate with excellent Excel skills.
- High degree of organisational and collaborative skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends to facilitate stock take duties.
- Previous knowledge of SAP System.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Programs.
