What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you’ll complete three structured rotations across key areas of our Manufacturing function, providing broad exposure to the operations that keep our business running. Your journey will begin within our Production team, where you’ll gain hands‑on technical experience within our production plant.
You’ll then undertake two further rotations in areas such as Plant Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering Project Management, Asset Care and Production Management. Each rotation combines practical experience, focused skills development and involvement in high‑impact business projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, solve real business challenges and make a meaningful contribution from day one.
Learning & Development
Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on‑the‑job experience, you'll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.
Development areas include:
- Manufacturing Fundamentals & Operational Excellence

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
- Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
- Hold (or be working towards) a relevant degree preferably i n Manufacturing, Engineering, Biochemistry or a related STEM discipline
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts across production environments, including day, night and weekend schedules during programme rotations
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
- Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
- Have an interest in data driven decision‑making & problem solving
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferably hold a full, clean driving licence

Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview
