Position Summary: In this role you will be managing all supply activities related to promotional toy management with the ideal candidate able to build, maintain and develop strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound supply plan for all toy promotions across the calendar year
- Ensure accurate loading of toy allocations to support restaurant sales and assure supply
- Drive optimum stock holding of toys across the network and track all clean up toy activity
- Responsible for ensuring necessary escalation, root cause analysis and resolution processes are in place and supported by the full engagement of all key stakeholders.
- Effective transition management of toys
- Effectively plan, manage and execute key toy promotions across all key stakeholders e.g. launch and peak periods
- Plan and direct regular review meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with the McDonald’s and TMS teams ensuring the accurate and timely flow of information including CFT participation where required
- Collaborate with the DC Operations ensuring inbound deliveries scheduling and distribution activity is managed and co-ordinated efficiently and to budget.
- Work closely with RSP team to ensure full alignment with changes to forecast
- Identify end to end opportunities to optimise management of the toy category
Technical Competencies:
- Experience of managing an operational end to end supply chain.
- Industry experience in an FMCG / Retail environment/Food environment.
- Process driven with evidence of change management and continual improvement.
- Problem solver, analytical thinker, able to articulate the case and engage people to support to achieve the goal.
