Job Purpose
Through the execution of business partnering, coupled with ownership and detailed analysis, this role is primarily responsible and accountable for the management of all Post Audit Claims received from customers through to conclusion. This includes ensuring that all the supporting diligence is completed with the relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner, to subsequently minimise associated cost and risk levels to CCEP. Within this role you will be dealing with both Internal and External stakeholders, with a need to maintain a level of consistency and objectivity continually across both. Adapting your communication depending on your audience will be key. Additionally this role will be accountable for ensuring that there are clear processes and tools in place to ensure that full reconciliations of CMA payments against agreed promotional contracts are in place, in order to proactively prevent and counter claims. The timely and accurate tracking and status reporting of all audit claims is a key aspect of this role.
Key Accountabilities
- To act as the main contact point for all audit claims with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To investigate and drive resolution of all post audit claims received from CCEP's customers; ensuring that the appropriate actions plans and follow-up with the respective stakeholders is completed in a timely manner.
- To drive the appropriate accountability for resolution of pending actions in order to resolve audit claims received.
- To review and complete prior year CMA reconciliations, to proactively identify counter claims/risks.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard for reporting progress on all audit claims, to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the status of audit claims received, supporting the awareness of such claims within the business.
- To drive and manage a best practice process approach in respect of CCEP's standards relating to the management and resolution of all post audit claims.
- To proactively identify opportunities to reduce future audit claim exposure.
- To support the GB Business unit with best practice.
- To manage and support the development of the Audit Claims Analyst.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience within a Finance environment preferably within an FMCG or retail facing function with a proven track record of integrity, analysis and influencing.
- Studying towards or completed CIMA or ACCA professional qualification or similar.
- Min 2 years work experience in a commercial environment with previous FMCG experience advantageous.
- Ability to business partner effectively with non-finance professionals.
- Confidence and ability to communicate and challenge at all levels internally and externally.
- Analytical, improvement focused and problem solving mindset.
- MS Office Suite Skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc).
