What You Will Do for Us:
- Lead the Design & Packaging Team
- Lead a high-performing team of Design & Packaging professionals across Europe, driving overall excellence in artwork, renders, and packaging innovation, and design.
- Ensure alignment across KO and bottler teams and provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to enable the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Develop and implement a clear vision for Design & Packaging within the OU, including standardization of processes, best practices, and integration with global platforms and tools.
- Act as the European custodian of design, ensuring we deliver the best on pack and E2E designs across the organisation.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for pre-media and support agencies, ensuring metrics are defined and delivered to optimize account management and operational efficiency.
- Drive consistency and quality in all packaging artwork changes, adaptation, and harmonization, ensuring on-time delivery for all markets.
- Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Innovation & Integration Director and Marketing teams to deliver seamless integration between packaging, design, and other marketing functions.
- Implement color management and quality assurance procedures with bottling partners and suppliers to enhance packaging excellence.
- Develop and maintain external networks and agency relationships to ensure the OU’s packaging approach is innovative, competitive, and market-leading.
- Own and manage the WebCenter tool relationship for packaging, including implementation, administration, and process optimization.
- Act as a change agent, driving new ways of working within the OU and influencing broader organizational adoption of innovative design and packaging practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Significant marketing, design, and packaging experience (15+ years), including proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of Packaging / Graphics processes, from development of artwork & renders to physical and digital production.
- Deep Design expertise delivering both creativity & innovation through consumer insights and industry knowledge.
- Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, including bottler leadership teams, within a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement metrics that drive operational insight and promote positive System efficiency.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, ambiguity and meet tight deadlines.
