Position Summary:

As an Inventory Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support across stock control, goods-in operations, warehouse management systems, and reporting activities. Working closely with warehouse, transport, quality, and supplier teams, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, support operational processes, and contribute to the efficient movement of products throughout the distribution centre.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support for goods-in, stock control, and warehouse operations, ensuring information is accurately recorded within warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and appointments while maintaining clear communication with suppliers, security teams, and operational colleagues.
• Monitor warehouse activity, stock levels, and inventory accuracy, helping to investigate discrepancies and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reporting, promotional activity, and new product introductions to ensure inventory integrity.
• Produce operational and KPI reports that support decision-making and service performance across the distribution centre.
• Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Transport teams to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
• Support effective communication across shifts through accurate handovers and participation in team briefings.

Who You Are:

• You have previous experience in an administration, stock control, data entry, clerical, or logistics support role.
• You are comfortable working with computer systems and have experience using warehouse management systems or similar business systems.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• You have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate records and information.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and building positive working relationships across teams.
• You can adapt to changing priorities and support operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• You are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, quality, and customer service.
