Position Summary: Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 10.5 hours per night, the successful candidate will support the core operational priorities by providing essential administrative support to the Transport Team, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support the overall success and operational integrity of the business.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting transport operations through accident investigations, administration, and the management of transport issues.
  • Communicating daily with drivers you will act as first point of contact for drivers both internal and external.
  • Logging journey information and creating journey packs; there is a lot of admin that goes into your daily work.
  • Communicating with shunters and coordinating with the Stock and Admin team; it’s a busy environment with plenty of opportunities to learn.
