We are responsible for identifying growth opportunities, navigating market trends, and building key strategies that enable Coca-Cola to remain the world's most valuable and recognizable brand. Contribute to meaningful initiatives promoting social impact and sustainability, making a positive impact in our communities Key Responsibilities As a Strategy Intern, you will be involved in shaping Coca-Cola's strategic vision. You will analyze market data, support decision-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company's growth ambitions. Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions. Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations. Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Participate in long-term planning processes and strategic projects. Requirements Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided. Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship. Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills) Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships. Relevant Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret data, strong organizational and strategic planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, innovative and analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, effective communication of strategic ideas, and multitasking abilities.
