MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the plant manager and working collaboratively across all supply chain functions, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for coordinating, preparing and updating data for the supply chain teams. The Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with all the teams in Supply Chain to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities through the use of data driven from SAP, Power BI and IOT platforms. They will promote a Lean culture and provide values-based leadership whilst building continuous improvement capability within the site teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate data is reported and reflects the needs of the relevant supply chain function.
- Ensure all Operational reporting systems are maintained and up to date through Data collation, entry, and validation.
- Provide support for Masterdata when required for all production areas.
- Act as SAP superuser for manufacturing function.
- Provide support in ERP + data analysis reporting.
- Perform analysis to support continuous improvement across the functions.
- Compile, analyse and validate plant information on KBI’s such as raw materials, costs, projects, inventory and spend.
- Use of Power BI to generate reports for daily, weekly and monthly meetings (will act as a Citizen Developer for Supply Chain).
- Superuser for IOT reporting.
- Support Digitalisation across Supply Chain.

- Previous experience in an analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Experience or knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Experience of working in a digital environment.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in an Operations or FMCG environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Microsoft Lists.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
