This role partners closely with Brand, Commercial, Strategy, Finance, agencies, platform partners, and bottling stakeholders to ensure media investments are effective, efficient, measurable, and future fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Connections, Brand, Social, Commerce, and agency teams to ensure media plans are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Coordinate campaign setup, approvals, timelines, asset readiness, investment tracking, and operational delivery across multiple stakeholders and agencies. Maintain strong operational oversight of media plans and executions across TV, OOH, Audio, Digital, Programmatic, Social, Search, Retail Media, and emerging channels. Ensure operational compliance with Responsible Marketing Policy, data privacy, legal, finance, and SRA requirements.
  • Media Investment & Performance Management: Manage and monitor media investment reporting across brands, including actual versus planned spend, invoice governance, PO approvals, buying order validation, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance and agencies. Oversee media investment accuracy, financial reconciliation, and audit support processes to ensure operational compliance and value delivery. Track and monitor media effectiveness KPIs, campaign delivery metrics, and operational performance indicators. Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews, connecting media outputs to business and brand outcomes where possible. Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, reporting dashboards, media tools, and performance diagnostics.
  • Data, Tools & Agentic Ways of Working: Operate hands‑on within media dashboards, reporting systems, analytics tools, and workflow platforms to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Leverage AI enabled tools, automation solutions, and emerging agentic workflows to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, and decision making speed. Partner with agencies, platform partners, and internal teams to evolve media processes and integrate more advanced measurement, workflow automation, and intelligence capabilities. Support adoption of modern marketing tools and ways of working across the IMX ecosystem. Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve visibility through connected data and systems.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Support day to day management of media agencies and external operational partners, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, processes, KPIs, and governance requirements. Coordinate with platform and media partners to ensure access to innovation opportunities, beta products, testing frameworks, and operational best practices. Help establish clear operational rhythms, reporting structures, escalation processes, and performance routines across agency partners.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Social, Influencer, Experiential, PR, Commerce, and Brand teams to ensure media operations are integrated across the broader IMX agenda. Partner with Insights and Analytics teams to strengthen reporting frameworks, measurement capabilities, and data utilization. Support communication routines with bottling partners and key commercial stakeholders where required. Act as a collaborative operational lead across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
