Overview

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a marketing and business leader to drive growth across a Global Networked Organization.

This role focuses on developing portfolio and brand strategies, leading integrated marketing plans, managing P&L with finance, and aligning with global and regional stakeholders to deliver growth, innovation, and execution across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Global teams to inform, influence, and update the Global Operating Unit (OU) strategy and ensure alignment with insights, trends, and business performance.
  • Develop portfolio and brand strategies for the OU and for EU expansion into the active hydration category.
  • Partner with EU system stakeholders to align growth plans, portfolio priorities, and execution roadmaps.
  • Provide leadership in identifying consumer insights and creating winning consumer strategies that drive category growth and company objectives.
  • Define business growth strategies and brand plans to achieve short, medium, and long-term volume, profit, and market share goals.
  • Own integrated marketing plans in collaboration with the IMX team and manage P&L alongside Finance.
  • Identify growth drivers for specific portfolios/brands and develop prioritized investment strategies by country and brand.
  • Lead the delivery of scalable ideas, synergies, and marketing productivity across OU touchpoints.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality execution of integrated marketing plans across OU markets; support local brand teams and regional brands with rich brand calendars and bold activations while coordinating ATL, BTL, POS, and digital activities.
  • Lead business reviews, measure outcomes, and apply learnings across markets.
  • Optimize DMI mix within each brand/market and manage P&L against BP targets.
  • Build and lead teams; foster collaboration within OU marketing and with Frontline organizations; participate in leadership teams and promote agile ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain routines to roll out brand strategies to local markets and ensure flawless implementation by franchise teams.
  • Steward franchise marketing to ensure execution of core programs and aligned local amplification.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (15+ years), including leading sizeable teams (5+).
  • Experience in innovation strategy, creative strategy, category/brand strategy; field experience in marketing activities; cross-functional and cross-geographical collaboration.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy across categories for regional and local brands (positioning, occasions, opportunities).
  • Ability to oversee regional and local brand creative strategy (creative ideas and execution).
  • Deep consumer understanding grounded in insights and analytics.
  • Business/commercial acumen with financial expertise; familiarity with TCCC business models.
  • Design thinking capability and ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with presentation/storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
