Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives that contribute to a thriving work environment.
- Work on talent attraction, training & development, talent management, employee engagement and HR analytics efforts that help us build a winning team.
- Assist in the employer branding, recruitment and onboarding process for new talent.
- Support employee development programs, including training and career growth initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations activities.
- Help analyze HR metrics to support dataâdriven decisionâmaking.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and company goals.
Requirements
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12âmonth internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills).
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards CocaâCola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a highâperformance and diverse environment.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, teamâoriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant Knowledge: Passionate about people and culture. Maintains confidentiality, showcases creativity, and has good project management skills. Good understanding of HR practices and principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
