The Director at Home (AH) is the enterprise leader responsible for accelerating and transforming the At Home business across the market through a unified, insight‑driven and execution‑focused system agenda. The role owns the end‑to‑end At Home strategy and partners with the bottler and cross‑functional teams to deliver 360 Integrated Activation across AH Channels and Key Customers.
A core mandate of this role is leading commercial execution excellence, accelerating system capabilities to predictive, insight‑led and value‑driven models that improve availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance. The Director is fully accountable for owning At Home channel system performance, jointly defining and monitoring KPIs and driving mitigation and acceleration actions to meet system BP volume, revenue, and share targets.
The role integrates data, analytics, and AI across planning, forecasting, promotion, and in‑store activation—enabling a modern, scalable, and future‑ready operating model that unlocks sustainable growth across all At Home channels.
What you will do for us
- Lead At Home Strategy, 360IA & System Alignment: Lead the creation of Annual Business Plan and long‑range At Home strategies, translating them into integrated 360 Integrated Activation (360IA) execution roadmaps that span portfolio, RGM, media, omnichannel activation, digital shelf, and in‑store execution. Lead high‑impact strategic initiatives, including 360 integrated activation, category development, omni‑channel execution, digital shelf, and data‑driven customer planning tailored to Grocery, Discounters, and key customers. Act as the senior system orchestrator, aligning GM, Marketing, RGM, Finance, Digital, bottler, and key retailers behind a unified At Home growth.
- Drive At Home Commercial Execution Excellence: Lead commercial execution excellence for the At Home business in the market, shifting execution to predictive, insight‑led and value‑driven approaches that grow availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance. Embed RGM, financial modelling, and scenario planning into At Home decisions to optimize price‑pack architecture, promo intensity, and margin.
- Own At Home Channel Performance & System KPIs: Own system At Home channel performance, jointly setting and monitoring KPIs and leading mitigation and acceleration initiatives to deliver Business Plan volume, revenue, and share targets. Govern At Home performance routines to ensure they are insight‑driven, future‑focused, and action‑oriented, rather than reporting‑led. Maintain a predictive, data‑driven view of competitive, retail, and regulatory dynamics to proactively shape system responses and protect performance.
- Lead Data, Digital & AI Enabled Transformation: Lead the data, digital, and AI transformation of the At Home business, embedding predictive insights into pricing, promotion, demand forecasting, assortment, and digital shelf execution to modernize planning and execution. Leverage advanced analytics and AI to identify incremental revenue, profit, and conversion opportunities across brands, packs, shoppers, occasions, and price tiers. Champion a test–learn–scale operating model, accelerating the adoption of digital tools and analytics across the entire Company–bottler At Home system.
Experience & Capabilities
- Strong At Home and retail channel expertise, with deep understanding of customer needs, retailer dynamics, and execution levers across AH Channels and customers.
- Robust commercial, RGM, and financial skills, with experience applying price‑pack architecture, financial modelling, and scenario planning to drive profitable, insight‑led decisions.
- Proven leadership in data‑digital and AI‑enabled transformation, embedding predictive analytics and digital tools into At Home planning, execution, and performance management.
- Demonstrated system leadership, influencing senior stakeholders across Company, bottler, and customer organizations to drive integrated end‑to‑end execution.
- Strategic and execution‑focused leader, skilled at translating strategy into disciplined, high‑quality in‑market delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, with strong executive presence.
- In‑market experience preferred; franchise system or matrix leadership experience is beneficial.
