Requirements

  • Educational background: An undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a master’s student completing a master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative, and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high‑performance and diverse environment.
  • Relationship skills: Inclusive, team‑oriented, and adept at building relationships.
