Repairs and maintenance of PLC controlled machinery.
The recording and reporting of maintenance activities.
Conduct equipment inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes and standards.
Create and maintain plant history and other technical files to include information in currentjob plans to anticipate and avoid job delays.
Provide technical assistance as required to improve the reliability and performance of theplant’s machinery.
Comply with company policies and procedures, inc.
Health & Safety Standards.
Utilise Computer based maintenance management system to support the maintenancefunction.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Criteria Minimum 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent.
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical / Electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.
Must be a Time/Skill-Served.
Mechanically, electrically advantageous, with IndustrialExperience.
Fault finding experience on automated machinery.
Minimum 3 years FMCG experience.
Ability to read, interpret and apply information from files, mechanical drawings, catalogues,reports, and manuals.
Experience of both the installation of new equipment and overhaul of existing equipment.
A sound knowledge of control systems, conveyors, mechanical drives, pneumatic andhydraulic systems is essential.
Experience of Tig welding, turning, milling and fabrication.
Desired Criteria Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment in the maintenance of a modernbottling plant.
Computer literacy.
Experience of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
5 years experience in a similar role.
