It has a diverse portfolio of products, including some unique drinks exclusive to the site. What to expect: Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee a group of Team Leaders across various manufacturing disciplines to ensure the site's successful operation. Your main focus will be meeting customer expectations by producing Coca-Cola's world-class brands through effective execution. You will manage high-speed, highly automated manufacturing lines.
- Fostering a culture of safety by guiding and leading safe working practices.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for product Safety, Quality, Environment, and People.
- Collaborating with QESH to enhance the site’s Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety standards.
- Growing, developing, and engaging your team through performance management processes, including developing a pipeline of future talent.
- Delivering high standards of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), in line with Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE).
- Taking full accountability for delivering line utilization targets and production schedules.
- Enhancing Operational Excellence through effective site routines and data-driven decisions.
- Managing your area’s budget by closely managing crew levels and reducing costs associated with manufacturing efficiencies and waste.
- Executing the maintenance plan effectively and managing all planned and unplanned events to optimize line performance and production costs.
- Leading by example, demonstrating and applying Continuous Improvement behaviours at all times.
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to achieve production goals.
- Allocating resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet schedules.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the production team, including performance management.

- Proven operational management ability.
