At Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, our Morpeth site is a unique and high-performing operation. As the only PET bottled water facility within CCEP GB, the site produces up to 54,000 bottles per hour and over 1 million bottles every day. What to expect:

As a QSE Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a safe, compliant and continuously improving workplace. You will help bring our safety culture to life, ensuring standards are embedded and consistently applied across the site.

You will:

  • Support the delivery of the management systems underpinning Quality, Safety & Environment
  • Coordinate and carry out internal audits and compliance checks, ensuring safe ways of working are followed
  • Partner with teams to ensure that monthly KPI’s are tracked, reported and met each period
  • Assist with external audits, ensuring they’re scheduled, resource is allocated, documents provided in a timely manner and taking ownership of the corrective action plan
  • Act as a support for the QA Lead and HSE Lead

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will balance compliance, coaching and continuous improvement with excellent opportunities to progress your career further down the line. You will be encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and help drive a proactive safety culture across the site.

Skills & Essentials:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and safety and motivated to make a difference. You will bring a practical, collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.

You will bring (desirable but not compulsory):

  • A recognised qualification in Health & Safety/Quality/Environment, such as NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and drive improvements
  • Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance
  • Experience supporting or conducting risk assessments in an operational environment
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
  • A proactive mindset and a can-do attitude, a willingness to succeed
  • Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or food and drink environment
  • Exposure to incident investigation and root cause analysis
