We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our collaborative TA team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce within Commercial and Corporate Functions by attracting, selecting, and hiring internal and external talent.
Location: Uxbridge based 3 days a week
What to expect:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, hiring manager intake meetings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on best practice, attraction strategy, assessment methods, salary guidance and overall process to hire the best diverse talent.
- Partner with Senior Leadership teams providing strategic talent guidance to improve processes, overcome challenges and boost engagement.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including direct sourcing, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referrals to engage and pipeline candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
- Ensure effective management of initial offer communication and negotiation with candidates, working in partnership with rewards, business partners, and hiring managers as needed.
- Collaborate with the TA Coordinator to ensure they have the necessary information to issue relevant starter paperwork.
- Execute and manage local market employer brand activation plans within established guidelines.
- Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Implement recruitment policies and tools defined at the TA CoE and BU level, actively participating in piloting TA technology innovations and providing feedback to ensure the tool is suitable for local needs.
- Lead on end-to-end process for recruitment of our Early Careers programmes.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting for positions across a range of functions, including high volume roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience direct sourcing using job boards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner and support hiring managers across all levels of seniority and recruitment experience.
- Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
- Passion and interest in the diversity and inclusion agenda, with ideas on how to support best practices in recruitment.
- Passion to succeed and be a part of a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
- Proactive and able to prioritise and manage own workload.
