We work closely with People & Culture and senior stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters.
What to expect:
- In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director, Legal – Employment and key stakeholders across the business.
- Advising on day-to-day employment law and employee relations issues, including flexible working requests and data subject access requests.
- Managing and supporting all elements of employment tribunal claims, working with external Counsel.
- Drafting and reviewing HR policies, contracts and settlement agreements.
- Supporting on projects and legislation change – including changes relating to the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Strong grounding in employment law – including collective consultation and TUPE.
- Broad exposure to employment law, labour relations and projects.
