This commercially‑focused Finance role sits within the Channel Finance team, providing financial modelling, insight and analysis support on both a structured and ad‑hoc basis. The successful applicant will demonstrate commercial acumen and act as an effective business partner, supporting the Channel in making profitable decisions driven by fact‑based evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ABP process for the Channel, supporting the Associate Director and the R&MGM Channel team in modelling initiatives and consolidating sales modelling.
- Own various ad‑hoc projects, focusing on business needs and priorities, using financial modelling and data (internal and external) to provide detailed trends and insights.
- Drive margin forward and support the Commercial Sales & Marketing teams in using reporting and forecasting tools, aiming to improve self‑sufficiency.
- Coach and develop key contacts within the business to enhance understanding and capability in the use of CCEP financial systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working with commercial or sales teams.
- Passed Finalist (CIMA / ACCA) preferred.
- Experience within a commercial finance environment (preferably FMCG), analysing revenue and its components.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for varying situations and audiences.
- Financial modelling expertise.
- Proactive and embraces change.
- Analytical, improvement‑focused and problem‑solving mindset.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.).
- Understanding of the bigger picture regarding consolidation and forecasting.
