What you become part of: The Commercialisation team partners with Brand Owners and cross-functional CCEP teams to deliver projects across the portfolio. We collaborate with The Coca-Cola Company, Monster, Commercial, Sales, and Finance, alongside key Supply Chain functions including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics.

This role sits within the Portfolio team, with a specific focus on artwork delivery and coordination, ensuring that all artwork requirements are executed efficiently to support product launches, promotions, and ongoing portfolio changes.

What you'll do:

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end artwork delivery process, ensuring all artwork is delivered on time, in full, and to a high standard to support product launches, promotions, and portfolio changes.
  • Act as the single point of contact across internal teams and external suppliers, driving progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear visibility of the artwork pipeline.
  • Manage Repack projects, delivering customised product configurations (e.g. tailored packaging formats, labelling and logistics setups) to meet specific customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing artwork projects from brief through to completion
  • Leading kick-offs and coordinating agencies/suppliers
  • Tracking delivery vs SLAs and escalating risks proactively
  • Maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Leading weekly alignment with Artwork Agency and key partners
  • Managing artwork backlog and prioritisation
  • Owning and delivering Repack projects end-to-end
  • Identifying and driving process improvements
