What to expect:

You will take ownership of asset care planning within the Performance Unit, ensuring maintenance activities are efficient, well-structured and drive asset reliability. Working closely with Line Technicians, Team Leaders and Reliability Engineers, you will use data and continuous improvement tools to optimise plans and support strong operational performance.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Developing short-term asset care plans to optimise reliability, time and cost
  • Reviewing maintenance delivery and strengthening standard tasks
  • Collaborating with teams to improve maintenance effectiveness
  • Managing spare parts availability and identifying cost efficiencies
  • Maintaining accurate data within SAP PM to support reporting and insights
  • Creating clear technical documentation to enable consistent asset care

Skills & Essentials:

You will bring a structured and proactive approach to planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality and performance. Comfortable working with data and stakeholders at all levels, you will help translate plans into effective delivery.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confidence using data to support decisions and improvements
  • Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience working with maintenance systems and standard IT tools
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Desirable:

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will enable you to quickly add value, particularly where you have supported maintenance activities or worked closely with engineering teams.

  • FMCG or similar fast-paced production environment
  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
  • Familiarity with SAP PM and systems such as LineView
  • Experience using data to drive maintenance improvements
