What You'll Do
- As a trusted learning partner, you'll design and deliver impactful learning strategies that elevate customer service and planning performance across Europe.
- Translate strategic frameworks into engaging, scalable learning content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and ROI metrics to ensure learning drives real business value.
- Lead initiatives like TheWayWeServe and TheWayWeShare, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are
- You're a collaborative, forward-thinking professional who brings experience in designing and deploying learning programs across countries.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service or Planning within supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation in learning - whether it's digital, in-person, or blended.
- A commitment to inclusion, equity, and creating learning experiences that reflect the diversity of our people.
What You Bring
- Expertise in L&D, instructional design, and project management.
- A consultative mindset and the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
- Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
- A curious, growth-oriented approach to learning and development.
- Experience in service level oriented Supply Chain functions with many interfaces; practical experience in Customer Service or Planning would be a plus.
- Design knowledge for online learnings / instructional design.
- Thorough experience in creating training programs / content development app/online/workshops.
