Field Sales Representative (AFH) Location: Glasgow Contract Type: Fixed term contract until October 2026. Please note that the intended start date for these roles is Monday 9th March. However, we will do our best to accommodate candidates’ notice periods where necessary.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.
About Your RoleAs a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands-on role. You would need a UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the location of the role are also essential.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
- Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
In return for your commitment, in this role you will receive a base salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) and the following benefits:
