What you become part of:

Edmonton Operations produces 50 million cases of drinks per year across seven manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink per hour, including both PET and glass bottling. It is the only site in GB to produce Oasis drinks. There are over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH, and Engineering. Experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities within Edmonton, across other GB sites, and even at Pan-European locations.

What to expect:

You will be part of a shift-based team of 15–20 colleagues, including operators and engineers, reporting into a Production Team Leader. Together, the team works to safely maintain and operate beverage production lines. Please note this is a role based on a continental shift pattern working 12 hour days and nights.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Using an SAP-based Planned Maintenance system to carry out and record maintenance activities and findings.
  • Using network-based systems to carry out and record quality checks (including on-screen systems, HMI interrogation, visual checks, and measurements).
  • Using SAP-based materials systems to order, use, and account for materials in the production process.
  • Applying basic root cause analysis tools to identify, diagnose, and escalate equipment and process-related issues.
  • Supporting both shift-based and day-based Engineering teams to improve line reliability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Following Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations relevant to the site, the wider business, and the community.
  • Developing and maintaining personal skills and knowledge through training opportunities and the in-house Academy system.

  • Ability to work to demanding timescales and meet customer service requirements.
