Shift pattern: Mon-Fri rotating: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-6:00

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, our Morpeth site is a unique and high-performing operation. As the only PET bottled water facility within CCEP GB, the site produces up to 54,000 bottles per hour and over 1 million bottles every day. What to expect:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly and ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time. You will be trusted to take ownership of your area, working both independently and as part of the wider team.
You will:
- Safely operate a Forklift Truck (counterbalance) to move goods across site
- Carry out case picking and order assembly to a high and accurate standard
- Load, unload and store products within block stacks, racking and drive-in storage
- Support inbound and outbound logistics, including vehicle checks and dispatch preparation
- Use systems such as SAP and WMS to record, track and manage stock
- Complete quality checks and inspections to maintain our product standards
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively, supports each other and takes pride in delivering for customers.
Skills & Essentials:
We are looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a team-first mindset. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will help you get up to speed, but your attitude and commitment are just as important.
You will bring:
- A valid counterbalance FLT licence and practical experience operating FLT equipment
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment
- Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills, including confidence using stock systems
- The ability to work accurately at pace while meeting productivity targets
- A strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards
- A flexible approach to shift working and changing business needs
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using SAP or WMS systems
- Knowledge of inbound receipt or stock control processes
