While we're one of our smaller manufacturing sites, we play a significant role in the business and offer the close-knit feel of a local team, backed by the opportunities and investment of a global organisation. Morpeth has a strong track record of success, innovation and sustainability. The site was the first in GB to manufacture bottles using 100% recycled PET (rPET), has achieved more than a decade of zero waste to landfill, and recently celebrated 15 years without a lost time incident. It's a place where safety, continuous improvement and teamwork genuinely matter.
Whether you're already working in manufacturing or looking to build a new career, we'll provide the training, support and development to help you succeed. You'll receive full training and become part of a supportive team where no two days are quite the same. Working within our 24-hour manufacturing operation, you'll follow a rotating days and nights shift pattern. We're also open to discussing job share arrangements where operationally possible.
In this hands-on role, you'll:
- Operate and monitor highly automated filling, packing and palletising equipment
- Prepare, order and apply raw materials used throughout the production process
- Carry out basic machine fault finding and first-line problem solving

- Works well with others and communicates effectively
- Takes ownership and shows initiative
- Has a strong attention to detail
