We’re looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Product Owner to drive the integration of operational and digital technologies across our Asset Care field. In this role, you’ll shape strategy, deliver complex projects, and champion innovation to boost efficiency and productivity.

What to expect:

  • Vision and Strategy Development: Building and sharing the long-term vision for the product with stakeholders, translating it into a yearly plan, prioritizing requirements, and setting ambitions to work with stakeholders to achieve them.
  • Project Management and Execution: Define and validate the objectives of the projects under his/her responsibility, engage the right stakeholders and manage the integration of Operational Technology and digital systems. Guarantee the project execution on schedule, budget, and quality, identifying risks and dependencies for escalation and resolution. Review and validate the overall targets and scorecards with value realisation lead. Follow-up with the local teams on their key objectives and ambitions.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Identifying opportunities for technological advancements and process improvements for your product to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity through digital transformation, including data management and analysis for better decision-making and strategic insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with departments such as Business Process Technology (BPT), Operations and Engineering to align Asset Care projects with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Change Management: Leading the organization through changes brought by digital transformation, managing the human aspect of change, including communication, and adaptation to new processes and technologies. Upskill the local teams – identify and run training and knowledge transfer sessions for the teams to realize their ambitions and deliver the value. Connect with L&D and external provider to build L&D materials for the community.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, especially regarding safety and cybersecurity.
  • Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with external suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure their contributions align with project goals. Build a community and engage with them to foster best practice sharing. Share vision, ambitions and plans with the rest of the organization. Connecting with The Coca-Cola Company, other bottlers and other CPGs.

Skills and Essentials:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in supply chain or business process & technology, ideally in the beverage industry. 4-5 years of experience in operational technology and digital.
  • Required qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions. Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus among diverse groups. Capability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and market conditions in a dynamic environment.
  • Desired Requirements and Competencies: Certifications like CSPO or PMP are a plus. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in supply chain management, technology integration, and cybersecurity is highly valued.
  • Language & Location: English and other European language is an advantage. This role can be located from any of our European HQ locations with travel expected to be 50-70%.
