Overview
In this Procurement role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives within the Seven Step Sourcing Process to optimize costs and ensure supply security.
You’ll work with category managers and stakeholders to shape negotiation strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive value through cost reductions, supplier innovation, and responsible procurement.
The role supports CCEP’s strategic priorities across savings, cash flow, sustainability, and continuity, in a cross-country, multi-category environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives following the 7SSP framework
- Collaborate with Category Managers/Leads, CEPG and The Coca‑Cola Company to define requirements and negotiation strategies
- Conduct RFIs/RFPs, negotiate and manage supplier contracts
- Deliver supply agreements aligned with strategy objectives to enable optimal business results
- Drive supply optimization and harmonization initiatives
- Deliver cost savings through negotiations and cost-reduction projects with measurable P&L impact
- Ensure accurate savings reporting and compliance with contracts and authorities
- Develop and implement innovative, value-focused sourcing strategies and identify new sources of supply
- Support CRS/sustainability criteria in sourcing decisions
- Manage risk and continuity considerations in sourcing initiatives
- Ensure contract approvals follow Chart of Authority and maintain transparent procurement KPIs
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with legal and policy requirements

- The successful candidate will have strategic thinking, strong influencing skills and the ability to balance competing demands
- Excellent communication, capable of influencing at senior levels
- At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably multi-category
- Proven experience negotiating complex, high-volume contracts
- Strong project and change management experience
- Analytical and commercial issue evaluation能力
- University degree or relevant professional qualification
- Experience in international FMCG environment is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are advantageous
