At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we're looking for an experienced and commercially astute National Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile grocery account and drive growth across our market-leading portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team, where you'll have real ownership of a strategic customer relationship, influence key business decisions, and play a leading role in delivering sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing an omnichannel account strategy, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional commercial results.
What you'll be doing
As National Key Account Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of customer plans that unlock growth and create value for both CCEP and your customer. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering a collaborative Joint Business Plan (JBP) that drives mutual growth and long-term success.
- Building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact for your account.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and terms that support both customer and business objectives.
- Managing full account P&L performance, ensuring effective control of customer investment and expenditure.
- Creating and executing promotional plans that maximise return on investment.
- Leading the successful launch and implementation of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth through category, consumer and market insights.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Category, Activation, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver the annual business plan.
- Driving the execution of an integrated omnichannel strategy aligned with wider channel objectives.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering results. You'll have:
- Proven National Account or Key Account Management experience within an FMCG or commercial environment.
- A successful track record of managing customer relationships and delivering growth against ambitious targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance and customer investment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans.
- Confidence presenting to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently while driving account performance.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and experience collaborating across multifunctional teams and external partners.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, share best practice and influence decision-making to achieve the best outcomes.
