In an increasingly competitive and challenging market place, at CCEP we see the role of the Insights and Data & Analytics Manager as pivotal to delivering our business performance. The Market Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the development, delivery and evolution of market reporting and analytics capabilities across the business unit. The role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management and insight generation to support data-driven decision-making across commercial functions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Insights, Sales, Category, R&MGM the role focuses on transforming complex market data into clear, actionable insights through modern analytics and visualisation tools. This position also plays a key role in driving the adoption of new reporting platforms, improving data processes and ensuring the ongoing delivery and enhancement of market data reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class Power BI dashboards and stakeholder-led analytics: Own and develop the Power BI reporting suite for market data, delivering clear and impactful dashboards for business users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across commercial teams to ensure reporting and analytics capabilities continue to meet evolving business requirements.
- Lead analytics adoption and change to unlock data-driven decision making across the business.
- Lead change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new analytics platforms and reporting processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into bespoke reporting solutions that support commercial decision-making.
- Train and mentor users on analytics tools, best practices and effective data visualisation techniques.
- Agency Management: Partner with senior stakeholders to define the long-term vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Manage relationships with external data providers, including Nielsen, ensuring effective delivery of data services, reporting solutions and ongoing platform support.
- Insight to Action: Produce and present market and category insights for a designated sales channel, identifying key trends and opportunities to support commercial decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Power BI development and data visualisation capability.
- Experience using Alteryx and ETL processes for data preparation, workflow automation and data quality management.
- Strong experience working with market data platforms such as Nielsen and Kantar.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams and working across cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering change management, training and user adoption of analytics tools and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
