About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- UK driving licence or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Live within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role.
- Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
- Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Ability to grow business through digital engagement and use of technology.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: £29,033.
- Bonus: up to £8,000 (OTE).
