What you become part of: Our East Kilbride site produces around 32 million cases annually across four production lines (glass and PET). It is the only GB site producing Appletiser in glass, offering a unique manufacturing environment. With around 220 colleagues, the site provides strong opportunities for career progression locally and across our GB and Europacific network.
What to expect: You will coordinate and optimise maintenance planning across designated assets, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing maintenance plans (asset care, CIL, overhaul and modular activity)
- Aligning maintenance plans with equipment upgrades, performance outputs and continuous improvement priorities
- Coordinating closely with Production and Distribution to optimise planned and unplanned downtime
- Managing maintenance work orders and ensuring readiness of parts, tools and resources
- Supporting execution of planned and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensuring effective ramp-up of equipment post-maintenance
- Prioritising tasks and supporting team leaders in allocating work
- Conducting process confirmations to assure maintenance quality
- Collaborating with spare parts teams to ensure availability ahead of planned work
- Maintaining accurate data within SAP PM
- Monitoring maintenance spend to meet budget targets
